We have been on a dozen cruises. Sometimes in a large group and sometimes just my husband and myself. Yes, we have sailed Royal before and was impressed. Not so much this time. My experience over the phone with their representatives was very frustrating. They couldn't send me a simple confirmation of a cancellation. They said they didn't know why I wasn't receiving their e-mails. I was still, however, receiving every e-mail they sent trying to get me to spend money.

We had a deluxe ocean view stateroom on the 8th floor. It was clean and comfortable and our cabin steward was fantastic. Friendly all the time.

We had 3 excursions and our guides in St Kitts and Curacao were great. They made you want to move to their fare cities. Read more
