We are a family of 4, husband and wife, 2 daughters ages 13 and 23. My 23 year old's 1st cruise, cruise #5 for the rest of us. First let me say that I have wanted to go on the Freedom for the last six years, so this was to celebrate my 50th birthday and our 15th wedding anniversary. Our previous cruises have been on Navigator, Enchantment (twice) and Grandeur. Being from Pennsylvania, it is much quicker to drive the 3 hours to Baltimore than the 16 hours to Florida.

When booking cruises I always deal with RCC cruise consultant Rafael Reyes. He has ALWAYS given us exceptional service and helped us with picking the best rooms, dining and activities for our family. I cannot imagine booking a cruise without him-he is "simply the best".

We stayed at the LaQuinta on North Atlantic Avenue-where the astronauts stayed. We arrived at approximately 9:30 A.M. after driving straight thru from Pennsylvania. Room check-in was not supposed to be until 3:00 P.M., but after hearing that we had driven all night the staff offered to serve us breakfast in their lobby until our room was ready, a half hour later we were in our room-exceptional service by their staff. The hotel was very clean and our room was quiet and comfortable. Only a short 5-10 minute drive to the port. We highly recommend and will stay here again.

Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E1

Best room we've ever had. Loved the balcony and the service. Lots of storage space.
