Our family has over 14 cruises with Royal Caribbean and we have always been pleased. This was our second time in less than a year on this ship. We have also sailed two other cruise lines, but feel that Royal Caribbean was a step above them. That was until this cruise.

Royal Caribbean made all our air, cruise, and hotel arrangements. The day before leaving our hotel was changed to one we never heard of. The rooms were old, and we were charged a fee for taxes that Royal Caribbean never told us about. Our flight was canceled and we couldn't get any help or answers from the cruise line (custom Air) so we had to rebook a new flight that was very costly.

REALITY SHOW Our stateroom was on the same floor (deck 10) as the people putting on this reality show. We were unable to use our balcony because of the language coming from their balcony. There were times this crew would not let you use the elevators because "they were filming". They even closed down one of the clubs to the public because of filming. They were using "stand ins", and paying them with drinks at the bar, but never checking to see if they were 21. We did say something to guest relations but they didn't do anything about it. Royal Caribbean has offered us $500 off our next cruise, but we have turned it down. We feel they should have told us when or before leaving for our trip about this reality show so our stateroom could have been changed.
