This is my 20th cruise, on varied lines. I would give this ship and 5 out of 10/average rating.
Relevant points:
- RC, like other lines, has given up much of their "public space" to private revenue restaurants and VIP spaces. On the Grandeur, this impacts passengers as the cruise is out of Baltimore, and weather and seas can be rough / more inside use.
