This is the worst cruise ship I've ever been on. From top to bottom it's a terribly designed ship. I couldn't wait to get off. I don't think they knew which way they were going with this ship. It feels very cramped. The pool is very small. The main atrium is just a big movie screen with very limited seating. The boardwalk failed miserably. Just a bunch of old people sleeping and smoking. The rooms are boring. The food was horrible. The service in the main restaurants was consistently poor. The only good thing about this ship is Burn the Floor, the dancers entertainment. Why they chose this ship for such a great show is beyond me. I will never go on another Norwegian cruise. I had a feeling this wasn't a good ship before I went on it. I usually read a lot of reviews but I let my mother decide. She goes only on price. I couldn't find many good pictures of this ship which would help me decide. That's because there's not much to see. It is a poor design. When all the other cruise lines are moving towards open floor plans, Norwegian went backwards. I felt like I was in a small ship with very small restaurants and bars. The fitness center was very poorly designed with walls between the treadmills, creating a huge sauna effect. The track outside was worse, with obstacles everywhere. This may be a new ship but it's going to go downhill fast. All the decorations were very cheap looking. The dining rooms were poorly appointed. The servers just asked what we wanted or if we were ready to order. Trust me. This ship sucks. One week you will never get back again. Use it more wisely. I'd even go on Carnival before I go on this ship again.
