Tried to make the best of this cruise but while the service was top notch - the boat, the cruise staff, the ports, and especially boarding and tendering procedures sucked. The initial boarding procedure was ridiculous. Had to wait an hour to even get on the boat. After getting on rooms were all closed until another hour.

All this said this was nothing compared to the first port in Cabo San Lucas and the amaturist tendering effort. NCL was obviously trying to save mone and do the tendering themselves with two life boats. There was a port tender but he kept getting waived off so NCL could use the life boats. We could not even board a tender until 1:30 pm in the afternoon and the boat left at 6:30pm. There were tender tickets but the cruise staff published an eroneous message in the daily news regarding how you get a tender ticket. None were left. People who booked tours on their own simply did not get to go on them.

Worse cruise director staff I have seen on any NCL boat.

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Balcony

Cabin BA

Room was old. Rust all over balcony. Curtain ripped. Room simply dated and should be considered unusable.
