We have just completed the 7-day cruise option. This holiday will remain amongst our most loved for years to come. The staff of Blue Lagoon cruises are to be highly commended on their willing and effective service and personable manner. Each day unfolds at a different location and there are ample opportunities to swim, snorkel, visit villages, kayak etc. The Captain monitors the weather and tides and will move location to obtain the optimum safe and comfortable location to spend each night peacefully. The vessel is well appointed with three main areas for relaxation being the top, open deck, which is the best for cooler breezes, the dining saloon and the lounge area on the two floors below. Guests are welcome at the bridge at any time and this may be of great interest to some as they navigate through the islands. The days at Blue Lagoon and the Caves will live clearly in our memories for ever. It is not difficult to enter the second chamber at the caves, make sure you do this. The local village artistic song and dance at Blue Lagoon after dinner was of an excellent standard and a highlight as well. Food was plentiful and varied and of a good standard. The ferrying of passengers to and from the shore activities was extremely well managed and flexible. The cabin was comfortable and private and well serviced. The bathroom was what you would normally expect on a smaller vessel but adequate. Guests integrated very well with each other and the staff and we had lots of fun together with some late nights.
