Wife and I just returned from a 13 night Christmas and New Year cruise around the Caribbean on Legend of the Seas embarked on 24/12/2014, our first cruise was on this ship 11 years ago (after which we were hooked on cruising), we are now Diamond members which entitles you to great offers like free drinks from 4.30pm - 8.00pm in the Diamond lounge and they "load" your sea-pass with 3 free drinks ever day from 4.30pm - 8.00pm, can't fault that!
Although the ship has had refits and upgrades it still seemed "tired", our balcony stateroom 7050 was nice and adequate but the balcony glass was cracked and paint on glass, the bathroom has been refurbished but the toilet roll holder is a bit of a stretch to reach and one tends to catch the toilet brush/holder with your leg!
We had a great table for evening meals (154) met some really nice people and the waiters were first class.
With being a small ship it's a friendly atmosphere and easy to meet new people.
We found the entertainment ok most of the time, bars seemed under staffed resulting in sometimes long waits at being served, being used to the bigger ships of RCI (Oasis, Independence, Navigator etc.) there are more shops on board and the entertainment/shows are better.
All in all couldn't fault the cruise itinerary, food, service and staff, will do this cruise again but hopefully on a different ship.
Well done RCI.
Plenty of storage, drawers and wardrobes. All in all ok.
