Very disappointed after spending nearly £3000 for a 7 day cruise on this ship from boxing day to 2nd January in the canary islands.
Worst cruise ship we have ever used and will certainly never trust Thomson again with a cruise or holiday.They do not offer value for money and give a substandard quality for a high price obviously geared to profit for their share price and not customer satisfaction.
The service on this ship was disgraceful with the quantity and quality of food and service in the restaurants atrocious.

Cabin Deck 6 outside plus
Very small with not much room for two people,very dated with mold in the bathroom.Old towels very thin and threadbare.
