This was our third attempt to take a cruise due to weather and health. We were at the dock and drove about seeking signs which were not available for the ship. Very confusing. We boarded the ship and went to a nice room with balcony. Unfortunately it was directly under the Lido deck and each night we listened to the people above dragging the deck chairs for most of the night. The beds were very comfortable and would have made for a great sleep if not for the constant noise. The Dream is quite a large ship with poor directions. The main elevators in the middle of the ship took you to each level. The other elevators would take to a place where you had to go up or down a flight to reach the next level. You could not get there from here was a common phrase, Also, the ship was so crowded that we often waited a great while to catch an elevator. The food was good and the service was excellent. We took the bus tours in Nassau and Freeport. Unfortunately the bus in Freeport had damaged windows and you could not see through them well enough to view anything. Due to the rain the windows could not be opened. Upon entering the bus the driver even said they needed new windows but could not afford them.. Had we known the condition of the bus we could NOT have paid about a hundred bucks for the two of us to take the tour. I expected the cruise line to ensure the tours they offered to meet a minimum standard. Very disappointing. We will NOT be cruising with Carnival again
