I meant to get this out there long before now, but once we returned, “life happens”…

My wife and I were on the unique 10-night offering with port stops in Jamaica, Columbia (Cartagena), Panama, Costa Rica, and Cozumel. By way of background, we are in our early 50’s, and have been on several cruises – on Carnival, Norwegian, and most recently Holland America. We are from Phoenix, AZ, and this was our first Caribbean cruise.

EMBARKATION: This process could not have been faster or better. We arrived around 11:15 a.m., and there was no line. One customer service representative handled the complete check-in process, including issuing our cruise card and taking the photo that is attached to the card. Once we were seated and waiting for our boarding number to be called, we only had about a 15 minute wait.
