This year for Christmas my kids decided instead of gifts they would rather go on a cruise. So I booked one on the Triumph. We all had a great time, I am a single mom and it was a total blast, my son's ages are 11, 12, and 13 and there was plenty to keep them busy. The day we left it was cool but it was still a great time. They have the 3 pools, 5 hot tubs, and the water slide. One thing about the pools, they change the water daily with water from the ocean/sea, so they were pretty cold. There is a basketball court, mini golf, ping pong, plus the kids clubs where they can play games. They do have an arcade and that is a bit to be desired and they do have to use their Sail and Sea card to play in the arcade, plus the games are $1.10 and up.

The food was fantastic, my middle son tried many new foods on this trip like alligator. The sea day brunch is a must do, they have things like funniest french toast where they dip the french toast in different cereal like frosted flakes, or fruit loops, and they also have mac and cheese mixed with bacon. The MDR was always good too, plus the dining staff gets to know you, our drinks were always on the table waiting for us when we got there. The lido buffet is a good option too if you don't want to go to MDR and I can't forget Guy's Burger Joint, they have amazing burgers. There was Blue Iguana's Cafe, the burritos were excellent there as well. There is also 24 hour pizza and soft serve ice cream and FROYO.

We had a balcony room and it while it was small it was sufficient, the room was cleaned once in the morning and then again in the evening. They will also bring you clean beach towels, which they do provide. If you choose to take them off the ship with you though make sure you bring them back because they are $22 a towel.

Excellent view of the ocean, nothing like waking up to sound of the waves.
