We - husband, 35, and myself, 30 enjoyed our 3rd cruise with RCI December 13-20. This was our first time on the Vision. We have always cruised smaller ships with Royal. We had a Jr Suite and loved the room.

Embarkation was a cinch, Tampa was a nice enough port, we arrived from the airport to the port around 10:30, and were onboard around 11:30. There were no lines, and checked in with out any issue. No drinks/cookies or anything while we waited.

Once we had our photos taken and were about to board, my Sea Pass card wouldn't work, and they needed to take another photo at the entrance to the ship. This seemed to be an ongoing issue, with myself, my husband and several others. Luckily, we were at the front of the line, but the line got real long behind us due to these errors.

Loud noises at all hours of the night. We were across the hall from the crew doors & elevators and heard them coming and going all night long. The door was slamming all the time, and we could hear them talking/yelling at 5 am...I wouldn't recommend this location if you are a light sleeper.
