Overall, it was an enjoyable cruise with the general standards one expects from RCCL, including a few standouts and some areas for improvement. I gave this 4 stars but probably would go with 4.5, if that were an option.

BOARDING was super-quick, literally the smoothest we’ve experienced on any ship. We were on the ship less than 10 minutes after arriving at the pier. For those coming a night or two before (highly recommended) the Marriott and Four Seasons hotels are very easy walking distance from the pier.

CABIN (an OS) was super spacious with loungers on the balcony. The furniture is a bit dated and decor is uninspired at best. However, everything was clean and in a good state of repair. The one negative was that the cabin is directly below the pool area and there is a CONSTANT dragging of carts across the deck starting around 4:30 a.m. You sort of get used to it after a while . . .

Cabin Review

Owner's Suite

Cabin is extremely large with a huge separate sitting room. Balcony is also very large with two loungers and two small tables. Decor is uninspired at best. Cabin is forward on the ship but reasonably close to the elevators. For those with mobility issues, it is a decent walk to the Centrum. Good news is that, given cabin location, there is no "traffic" outside your door. Cabin is directly below the pool deck so you hear carts being pulled across the deck starting very early in the morning. That can be annoying.
