What a disaster. Essentially trapped on a slow moving, deluxe livestock hauler for 7 days. Whole experience reeked of carefully crafted ripoff at multiple levels.
Boring, contrived "activities" I have no interest in. A bad version of 1950s Catskills vacation resort a la Dirty Dancing. Insanely LOUD music accompaniment. Artists could hardly be heard over the monster bass. (very last day was a bit better) Where did they get those sound engineers?
Useless "excursions" with minimal stops and minimal time to see anything in port. Rio fireworks for about 1/2 hour only worthwhile event the entire trip.
Cabin Review
My cabin selection above was just a guess. I am not going to spend time figuring out what your coding designations mean. it had a balcony and was a good cabin. (It is a newish, high quality, Italian built ship. what is not to expect?). cabin attendant was excellent, if overworked and tired looking.
