this was my 3rd ncl cruise in 12 months. Last xmas we were on the Sun and our experience could not have been better. We always cruised RC but changed to NCL due to experience in the Sun. We found the staff on the Pearl less than accommodating and sometimes actually rude. We tipped our cabin man an extra 20 when getting on board. I adv him I drink a lot of tes. The next 3 days my tea bags were not filled up. I went to him again and asked for tea bags to be replenished and they were but then he didn't leave any sweetner for 3 days. I had an issue with my sons card being turned off 3x in the 1st 48 hours and went to front desk to get it straightened out on 2 separate occasions, each time spending 1 hour of my vacation. They never used the word sorry for inconvenience. The food was always left overs from the day before but hidden under a different name. I do have to say the pool staff were great!!! There was 1 gentleman named Selvin who went above and beyond daily. I will probably go back to RC for my next cruising excapade
