Nice cabin we were happy of it, but carefull there is a service door in front and the door was banging constently during the day

Speciality restaurants, they had a package thet we were interested (5 dinners) but we decide to take it on the second week, then when we try do this they are telling us it's all sold out, but beacause we are on a B2B they will ask the Maitre D to call us see if he can do something ( on embarkation day 2nd week) we did'nt hear from him (I can understand it's embarkation day) next day again went to Qsine and also they are telleing me that they will refer my request to Maitre D, in the afternoon we were checking the menu at Normandie the person there try to help us and he check ans saw we has a request and again said he was surprise Maitre D did'nt call us.Not use to that kind of service compare to the excellent service on Princess
We did go to Qsine, it was ok but doesnt worth $45 extra, we did'nt try Normandie because of the no response of the Maitre D
We found the wine expensive (same wine on Princess last year was around $8 less).
