Having read (yet again) some bad reviews on this ship,we really are having a problem understanding who these people are.

This is our third cruise on Oceana and we thought,this time,we are going to keep our eyes peeled for all these dirty tables,litter,bad service and rude staff.I'm pleased to announce,we encountered none of the above.This ship is spotless,the staff bend over backwards to accommodate,if you do meet one who is maybe not as polite as you may hope for,please,give them a break?They work seven days a week,thirteen hours a day and for nine months on the trot,wouldn't you have the occasional bad day?

We've seen first hand some of the rudeness from some passengers they've to put up with and not once have we seen them be rude back and believe me,they would have every right to. Read more
