Rather Sail the Titanic

Royal managed to make this vacation the worst I've ever experienced in my life. The only exciting part was stopping to pick up the refugees.

The service was horrible. The staff were down right rude if not hostile.

I went with friends and family. We were yelled at by an usher at the ice rink. My son's shoes were stolen at kids club, the kitchen staff could not get my son's food order correct (he has severe allergies) causing us to wait for long periods of time to eat.

RC, Allure of the Seas is not a choice if you have special needs. They just aren't equipped. I started voicing my complaints to guest services on our first full day. RC did very little to do better. The compensation they offered was a joke. Carnival did a better job by far. I will NEVER sail with RC again. They have turned me off of cruising with my family all together.
