The embarkation process was halted because the priority members line was backing up. We had to wait at least 20 minutes before we were permitted to continue on. The mini suite we chose was mid-ship 14th floor. There is now no room divider and both flat panel televisions would go on at once. Had to call the passenger services twice to get them re-set. They finally told us that when we watched tv we had to close the curtain divider so the signal wouldn't go to the other tv. Also, at night, the blue lights on new sea walk glare into the room. If you don't mind the blue lights, you could keep your drapes opened, if not, keep them closed. Also it is very noisy with the music up on deck. I was very disappointed, and I don't consider myself a novice cruiser, being this was my 31st. cruise. I expected more. The Piazza is lovely but at night it gets so very crowded, people bumping into each other and no place to sit. The staff was quite unattentive and uncaring. It was very difficult to enjoy. The food in the restaurant was ok. The buffet was a little confusing but you get the hang of it after a while. Entertainment was good, get to the theater at least a half hour ahead of time to get a seat. St. Thomas was enjoyable, but the shore excursion (semi-sub with shopping) in St. Marteen left much to be desired in the location they brought you. The Promenade area added on board does look like an after-thought. All in all, I really don't think I'd go on this ship again.
