We are first time cruisers who cruised on the Paradise March 12-16. We liked our cruise for the most part and will definitely cruise again.

The food was mostly YUM with one or two not great things but the rest very tasty. The hamburgers at the grill were good and fresh with lots of other things to go with. The buffet was always good and full of interesting things to eat. We ate in the dining room twice and everything was good. Our waitress misunderstood us on a few things (bringing orange sherbet instead of orange cake and beef wellington instead of New York steak) but honestly not a big deal. Service was adequate in dining room.

Mexican buffet was spectacular. Wow. One lady said "the desserts just keep getting better!" The cruise director and his staff really seemed to be having a blast and their enthusiasm really was infectious. I never thought I would be into something like that but it was really fun!
