This was our first cruise experience and from talking to regulars we had high expectations as to what we were to experience. Frankly extremely disappointed not so much for the cruise but the treatment and demeanor we received. First off no one ever told us it would take 2 hours to check in. My wife has a bad knee so if we had known that it would be that long we would have made alternate arrangements. We saw people in our line going to priority for various reasons i.e. cranky children etc. and were being let in When I asked the supervisor he told my wife to sit in a wheelchair at the back of the hall and wait until I got to the front. Nice customer service.
After finally boarding the ship our next experience was 45 minutes standing in line to muster to be shown a 30 second lift jacket demonstration really? I know and understand it is a requirement and for our safety but I think this can be done in much less time.
Invalid key card and requiring a new key (Ok so this happens at the best of places)
Room was good with minimal outside noise disruption a nice place to come and get away from the crowds.
