We've sailed with several other cruise lines, but this was our first time with Oceania, and we came away very pleased with almost everything involved. The information we received pre-cruise was very good and timely, and being able to make reservations for the specialty restaurants in advance was convenient. We also booked some shore excursions with Oceania but that is one of the few areas that was not satisfactory. The ship's tours are overpriced and one is much better served to make independent arrangements since you're able to get the same tours fo 50-75% of Oceania's price.
We chose the Oceania suite on the Riviera and were very please with accommodation. It was quite large with a king-sized bedroom, very large walk-in wardrobe with more storage space than we've ever had aboard a ship, very large master bath with double sinks, walk-in shower, Jacuzzi tub and even a bidet. Ther is also a 3/4 bath for guests in the entrance foyer.
The parlor is quite large with a wet bar, dining table for four, comfortable seating for several guests and a writing desk complete with PC. There's also a media room with large screen t-v with a library of DVDs available through the Reception Desk. We used the media room sparingly, but it was nice to have it available.
Our Oceania suite was among the finest we've had aboard any ship. We've stayed in the owners suites on two other cruises plus another top suite and this suite was as nice or nicer than all of them.
