We're a young couple on our first cruise and we went with another couple of young friends. Overall, we loved the cruise and would go again but some things cast a shadow over the cruise from poor communication and customer service. The ship is beautiful and lots of outdoor pools to enjoy a drink and a lot of sunshine.

We were disappointed, however, when we heard rumours 3 weeks prior to disembark that our drinks package had been cancelled. I checked with our travel agent, and surely enough it had. Whilst our friends received a free upgrade for the inconvenience, we were offered nothing and the cruise line refused to talk to us directly (had to go through travel agent). I tried emailing them and received no response.

We really enjoyed the food! We used Anytime Dining and tried all 4 restaurants and the buffet. Food was delicious and staff were very hospitable. We did get charged twice for some wine I purchased but this was pretty quickly fixed (after a long wait in the dreaded customer service desk line). We also really loved the food that was in the main pool area - cheeseburgers were the best!
