Nice stateroom- minimal noise and close to the elevators

The things I really liked:
• The staff were very friendly and helpful
• Main dining room food was good (Escargots Bourguignonne was excellent)
• Buffet food was what you would expect
• Bartenders were pretty knowledgeable and skilled
• Ship was clean and common areas were nice
• The ports we visited were fantastic
Things I didn't like:
• Snobby passengers that are rude to staff and other passengers (seemed to be a lot of them)
• Entertainment- minimal or aimed at an older demographic
• 2 small outdoor pools were inadequate for the number of passengers
• Dinner service was too long- took 2 hours a couple of nights
• A couple of the main dining room main courses were not good - lobster was bad and the steak was sometimes lackluster.• The sea day was AWFUL
• Large families/groups (it was a Holiday cruise so I think maybe there were more than usual)
• Sailing over the holidays as a group of 2
Our cabin steward and dining room staff were very good and helpful.
