We were on the Dec 22-27th cruise to Cozumel and Princess Cay. We are experienced cruisers and have travelled on Ruby Princess, Royal Caribbean and Celebrity before. We go on cruises with the mindset that we are going to be flexible and have a fun time! I have to admit I was disappointed though within the first 15 minutes of exploring the ship but tried to focus on the positives throughout the trip. We had 2 mini-suites on the 9th floor: D305 and D419. Our group consisted of 2 adults (ages 42 and 43) and 3 teens (13, 16, 17).

Pros: Boarding process was a breeze. Very organized.

Rooms were clean and the attendants were friendly.

Cabin Review

Cabin AA

Mini-Suite D419 and D305 were spacious and clean. Comfortable bed, desk, couch, 2 tv's, ample storage to hang and fold clothes. bath tub/shower. They provide a pump of bath soap and a pump of combined shampoo conditioner. Balcony was nice but did not have a covering. If you look up you can see passengers looking down. Carpet and linens were in good condition. Pool/Beach towels need a refresh. Attendants did a great job of keeping rooms clean. D419 and D305 had dark brown water coming out of faucet and shower head intermittently. The attendant said they were having a problem on the 9th floor starboard side during our stay.
