Without a doubt, the best day of our trip! Maya Chan only takes the number of people that they can handle with a personal touch. They were amazing- welcome drinks, chips with salsa and guacamole, the best meal of our entire trip, activities for adults and teens, even delivering drinks to us as we floated on chairs in the water. It was a fabulous, relaxing day!! We can't wai to get back!

The park was nice and they seem to have a good handle on the salespeople in that area, which was an improvement over the docks.

While we enjoyed the tubing and the guides, Jewell and Noelle, the experience itself was pretty awful. We arrived on a day when 4 ships were in port and the company, Chukka, clearly got greedy. The place was a madhouse. We needed up eating first, but were quickly rushed to the Zipline (bad idea). It took quite a long time to get ready and our group ended u getting split in two due to poor organization. This bothered our guides, but could t really be fixed. We finished the Zipline and were told to quickly change and get ready for tuning. We waited, with no explanation or sense of duration, for over 90 minutes before we began to get equipment. We were told we were the last four of the day and seemed to be pushed/pulled through the caves so that we finished more quickly. We still ended up being nearly 2 hours late for the last tender, never had opportunities to shop in port or at the tubing/Zipline site. It was quite stressful. We did speak to our activity staff about this and were given a bottle of wine and some chocolate covered strawberries, which seemed like a small gesture after a very difficult day. They were clearly listening to our story for the sake of listening, with no real interest in making amends.

Another terrific day! Colleen and Carlos took 19 of us, ranging in age from 12-old, to the side of the island that has no electricity for a tour of 4 bars. Each was unique, but they were welcoming, with plenty of amenities, and delicious cocktails. We would definitely do this again!

As you would expect, small but comfortable.

Young children were allowed to run all over the ship at breakneck speed and no one ever seemed to interfere.The ship is behind the times in terms of technology and shows some wear.
