This was my third Holland America cruise. They continue to provide an excellent experience with clean and comfortable cabins, good food, well-trained and friendly staff, enjoyable entertainment in the lounges, interesting shore stops, etc. Some room for improvement: We felt misled about the Wifi access; we bought a package of minutes but quit using it mid-week because it was so slow that it was essentially useless and of course there was no refund. If you buy a service in the Spa be prepared for a very aggressive "up-sell". Don't pay for the yoga class; it is too short and is in the middle of the noisy fitness center.
