We sailed on the Quantum of the seas from Cape Liberty on the 12/01/2014 on her first Caribbean cruise and I can say without Hesitation This will be our last cruise on her or any of her 2 sister ships we did not like Dynamic Dining and missed the MDR trying to book dinner and organize shows was just too hard and often overlapped so you were rushing to eat your food and then make your shows (if your not there 15 min before you will lose your booking and might not get in) the 4 for free restaurants have set menus and do not change at all during your cruise and although the meals were delicious especially the Grand where you could have Lobster or Prawns every day you do get sick of the the same fare

We also missed the company of other diners every night which is what would happen on a normal ship and even though we told the restaurant Mai tr-d we would share a table most times our requests were ignored and we ended up sitting by ourselves the staff in all the dining venues have been reduced you used to have a Head waiter to take your order and get your food and under him an assistant waiter who bought water, bread and butter as well as a drinks waiter for any drinks you required the head waiter now handles all the 3 jobs which slows down the process of getting your meal to you in a quick and efficient manner and this without taking into account that they do your order on a tablet which seemed to add to the length of time to eat your meal so you were taking 3 or so hours to get a 3 course meal

Johnny Rockets which is Al a cart on this ship was closed more than it was open on three occasions I went there and found it empty and no one there to serve I spoke to other people who had dined there and was told that it wasn't the same experience as on other ships with no staff greeting you with song and each item on the menu costing money it was a much dearer alternative
