Very overdue review but wanted to share a good cruise experience.

Very clean and comfortable room and amazing bathroom as described elsewhere, although bathtub itself is somewhat skinny so hard to twist around in it (to get out). Bulgari products were kept topped up. Room itself was very nice and veranda furniture was comfortable; and cleaned off (they were cleaning the balconies on first port day which was nice as sea spray had accumulated on the trip over). The butler service was very nice and I liked being able to have afternoon tea and some snacks (which were good except that I am not much of a meat eater and several times had lots of ham-based items).

Ate all meals in MDR except for one night in Normandy; had early dining so same wine steward and wait staff. They were very nice and efficient; had no trouble ordering glasses of wine (and they kept track of the one bottle I ordered but took a while to finish up). Did the cooking lesson in The Normandy and had an amazing late lunch afterwards. Highly recommend that experience as you get to visit the kitchens and visit with some of the kitchen staff, who come from all over, just like the rest of the ship's crew. Amazing bunch of people and stories.

Cabin Review

Sky Suite 1

Cabin S1

Very nice room; bathroom is amazing as described; except that the door needs to be shut because it will swing due to ship's motion. Great service from the butler (didn't see him much but he came for tea and appetizers every day, as well as dropping off morning coffee if ordered). No problems with ship motion except on last night when ship's speed was higher, and glasses on high shelve were rattling a bit. There is noise from next door's penthouse suite through connecting door, as guest's child was practicing piano at 5 am one day; but I knocked on the door and it stopped; never had piano practice again until after 7:30 am!
