Looked forward to 13 nites on re-positioning cruise between Singapore and Sydney. So instead of a biz class flight, chose instead a junior suite.Looked forward to quiet, uneventful cruise, good food and service. Instead we had less than average service and even worst food. Breakfast was more predictable than McDonald's - and the quality was a lot worst too! Good thing we brought along our own coffee.Chef specializes in pastry - and we got a boatload at lunch and dinner - but more is not better! The dining room meals were ok at best, The entertainment was good but quite a few were really mediocre. Don't miss the Ice Show. Overall we had the strong impression that we had to pay for extras which were included in other cruises we had taken - coffees, snacks - yes- there were times when only available food was at the small and crowded Promenade Cafe - mostly overly sweet cookies and something they call "pizza"! & forget the ice cream. First cruise where they serve them one flavor at a time. All talks on "how to's" are sales pitches. Learnt nothing. Don't expect service in Windjammers; expect surliness at the pool deck and guest relations - yes! A wasted $80MM botox gone wrong.

Junior Suite

Room was fine. Lots of storage. Furniture could have been more practical- instead of a sofa plus two armchairs, a coffee table would have been better. Instead the dressing table housed the kettle, coffee maker and hair dryer making things rather crowded in one area.
