Our cruise started on December 11th 2014. We were part of Cruise Critic meet and greet on day two. At the meet and greet alI department heads were present and conveyed that CC members could contact them with any type of dissatisfaction.
I want to clarify that any criticism I have is directed to Norwegian at the corporate level only because all staff were exemplary in customer service.
Our disappointment in dining where simple items such as a shrimp cocktail appetizer or a lobster night were not offered. I suspect decisions like these are made at the corporate level. I found the food to be very uneventful. It wasn't bad per say, I just wanted more flair. I want options to be dishes I don't prepare at home. I And without the added expense of specialty restaurants.
