Cruised from Singapore to Sydney on Voyager of the Seas 25/11/14. Early check in went without mishap, boarding was a complete failure. Departed port late, captain blamed others for problems, more interested in dodging questions. Over the 13 day cruise, many guests voiced their disappointments, public forums became complaint fests, windjammer was referred to by staff as the whingeyjammer and captain told guests to expect 'hiccups' and accept them.

Our balcony cabin was pleasant enough, new carpet ,bed linen and curtains. Bar fridge did not work, TV could not be operated until a room attendant could locate a replacement remote control. TV content was less than desirable, what has happened to the free movies, now $13 pay per view. Enjoyed room service breakfast on our balcony each morning. Cabin was always clean and tidy, though room attendant appeared overworked, thanks for the towel animals.

Dining room food was good, table attendants , Iketut and Ting excelled, making each evening a pleasure. Overall. what has happened to the dining room experience, no longer is there staff interaction, we missed dining staff sing a longs and theme Nights. Staff appeared stressed and overworked. Windjammer food average, trying to locate seating some times impossible, highlight was the two visits to Johnny Rockets, must have milk shakes.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E2

Good position on ship, opposite staff entry and store room, we found this was not a problem.
