I was with a group of 17 others and we found the information about the ship inaccurate. Prior to the cruise, the availability of the NCL Concierge App looked really helpful, since our rooms were scattered all over the ship. Only on boarding did we find that the Spirit was the ONLY ship in the NCL fleet NOT to offer this communications tool.
WIFI should be free, but NCL continues to gouge its passengers for the privelege of being connected. (And in this day and age, how about a fair cost for being connected to internet? Should communications HAVE to be a significant profit center in this day and age?)
There were lots of burned out lights around the ship, worn out armrests in the main auditorium, old carpeting, and general wear and tear on this old ship. It seemed clean, but just not up to snuff. There was a horrible "dead fish" smell on the front right side of the ship for most of the trip.
