The BAD: We arrived in Orlando the day of the cruise to the ABC Islands. We were met by the RCI transfer agent. We were told that the bus for the transfer was already full, so we had to wait for them to send another 24 passenger van to get those of us remaining. We were frustrated that some advance planning wasn't done to assure that there were enough vehicles available to cover all of the transfers that were sold. It took 3 hours - from 11:15 (when we arrived at the transfer station) until 2:30 before we were able to get onboard.

The bed in the cabin was extremely hard and lumpy. It was so hard that both of us were in pretty severe pain by the 2nd morning. We asked for some extra padding and thanks to Melvin - the room steward and Bambang - the deck supervisor. They went searching and found exactly what we needed. We were able to finally get some sleep.

We took a ship excursion in Curacao - CU02. It was supposed to be an easy overview of the island with a visit to a cave and a museum and a liquor tasting. It ended up being a bus ride through town, with the guide pointing out all the colors of the houses and telling us how old each one was...that is the Christmas house ... that is the orange house- it has been here for 25 years... that is the blue house... it was just painted... ZZZzzzzz. The museum was a building that looked like it had been put together by school kids as an art project. It had an organ , several rudimentary kitchen utensils, miscellaneous pieces of dishware that didn't match and some local paintings... ZZZZzzzzzz.
