This was our first attempt at a cruise and will now be the first in a long list of cruises in our future.

In too many parts of our lives we have learned to accept poor service but the folks that work on the Jewel of the Seas have seized the opportunity to revive what exceptional service should be. From our cabin attendant, Elizabeth, to our waiters, Rosario and Raghu, to the pool bartender, Dan, we were consistently amazed with the services provided. They all went out of their way to make sure every moment on board was fantastic and for that we thank them.

The boat is kept spotless, the food was excellent and the drinks were plentiful. Not sure what else I could ask for. Read more
