The ship itself was great. Very easy to find your way around. All the staff was fantastic. The Cruise Director, Leigh and the Activities Director, Erky were a comedy team in of themselves. All the shows were very good; the ice show was spectacular. Our servers Jevy and Darren were very well trained and we received great service every night. Our cabin steward, Dwi, was awesome; always singing and smiling. The food was delicious in the Windjammer and in the dining room. Our friends went to the Mystery Dinner in the Portofino and they said it was excellent. The only problem was at the Port itself; very long lines to drop people and luggage off to get on the ship. We have sailed from Port Canaveral many times and never had a problem; but this time we sat on a shuttle bus for over an hour before our turn came to unload. We are sailing on the Explorer again for a 5 night cruise and hope the embarkation process has been smoothed out since the new terminal is scheduled to open soon.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E2

Great location midship on the bulge with good views from the balcony. Close to the elevator and easy to access every area of the ship from the cabin. The bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet.
