We are Diamond Plus members. We knew this was a new ship so we kept it in perspective. There were tech issues, however non impacted our trip. Checkin took about an hour. The ship is spectacular. We liked Dynamic Dining and the new menu was great. Entertainment was over the top good! The crew went above and beyond to overcome any of the technical issues. We are back on the ship in February and expect that most of the glitches will be solved. RCL will get this right. Have some patience and keep things in perspective. Your cruise is what you make it. The people hammering this ship are not being fair. This is the best ship in the world!
