Cabin:

We decided to try an inside cabin as those on Caribbean Princess looked fine,(that was our first mistake). As one other cruiser said "there are jail cells larger than these"!. Lido 208 is below the Galley on deck 15, something in there was making constant banging all night. We complained and were moved to A237 which was worse. The a/c was on continuously and it sounded like there was a direct connection to the engine room pipes.Engineers looked at the problem and said it couldn't be fixed. We decide to leave the cruise, after 6 days of sleepless night, when we got to Honolulu. AT that point customer service found us another cabin that was perfectly quiet on deck 8 fore, so we decide to stay for the rest of the cruise.

Other cruisers mentioned that the steaks in the dining room were tough and they sure were, order something else. The best deal is the International Cafe for light breakfast/lunch and dinner.  Great salads, soups, sandwiches and best of all the deserts. Buy a coffee card for $30 and get 15 espresso coffees (latte's,cappuccinos) at $4.50 for a large ($68 total) but you can have as many of their filter coffees as you want (au lait).Card can then be used on all Princess ships.

The pizzeria is also great. Staff are very friendly in dining areas and customer service tries hard to solve problems for an older ship.
