We had high hopes for this cruise. We did the Southern Caribbean on the Victory a few years ago. This cruse had probably 50% San Juan locals on ship. Would cut into lines whenever they wanted to. Itinerary was good. behind the fun excursion very enjoyable. Not enough ship activities. Not a large pool. Did not like the ship. However, we had a awesome steward. Trishna. Always available and very helpful and courteous. W had taken multiple cruises and never have paid the "recommended" tip. However, Trishna changed that. Food was average. We only ate ate the sit down restaurants twice. On lobster night the food was very good. The other night, the beef was not good. Fish and chips was good. Debarkation perfect. Probably not doing another Carnival cruise soon.
