We stopped at 4 ports on our Western Car. cruise. We took advantage of 3 tour excursions. Pros: Have always cruised in an inside cabin - our location was the best - Cabin 7605.........Our waiter, assistant waiter and cabin steward were #1...........food was varied - plentiful and tasty....Sat with great people - enjoyed all the activities poolside - enjoyed all that was offered..........Cons: problems with non-flushing of toilet. Apparently, this was not an isolated event - one night - from 1:00am to 5:00am - all water was shut-off on ship to correct plumbing problems. Ending event: our luggage (3) was not at pier in Balt - filled out an incident report. The staff at pier was trying to give us assistance - no luggage. After arriving home last night, we received a call from another passenger, living in Wilkes Barre, PA that our 3 pieces of luggage, marked with our name and tele number were taken to her charter bus. We live in Phila........I called the cruise line - -gave them the info -it's now over 24 hours - haven't heard from the cruise line and I have spent hours on the telephone trying to make sense of this - even gave them number of the nice person who contacted me. Heard nothing. Bottom line: was told that insurance bought through the line will not cover any expenses since it doesn't cover the end of the trip for delayed luggage. Meanwhile, missing 11 days of clothing (changed 2x daily) and all of our personal items. Some customer service.
