This was our second cruise on LOS. The boarding went fairly smoothly from the airport to the pier. We were able to gather our luggage quickly and then proceed to the buses to head to the pier. We had pre-checked so we were able to board quickly. We went to our stateroom and were greeted by the stateroom attendant who ensured us that she would be available to assist in any way. Tuesday morning, I discovered the shampoo dispenser was empty. Fortunately, I had brought a small container of shampoo so it was no major disaster. However, when I tried to call the housekeeping number, the phone rang for several minutes with no answer. I then decided to walk the halls to see if I could find her, but I did not. We happened to see her on Wednesday and asked her to replenish the shampoo which she did.

Our dinner experience every night was excellent. Our waiter, Nilesh, was so very nice and attentive. He made suggestions that turned out to be excellent. It was a very positive dining experience every night. He was able to obtain a special item for us one night and it was wonderful!

We spent a lot of time in the casino (mostly due to weather issues) and earned some points to use to claim certain "free" items. On Thursday when I claimed my gifts, the cashier was rude and acted as if I was really detaining him from more important things. Some may think a few hundred dollars lost might not be much, but it was for me. I got a ball cap and $20.

Cabin E2

The cabin was clean and adequate for our needs. The only issue we had was a delay in getting the shampoo dispenser refilled quickly.
