First --- the Dining Staff was Great!!!! Food Was Great!!! For the most part the ship was clean. Lets see if I can remember all the negatives. Deck 11 and the ones above you could smell sewage, the ATM was Out Of Order the entire cruise, Around our balcony door was plenty of rust, In one of the public bathrooms the toilet seat lid was broken off, there should be more stations on the tv like other ships, Sale days on the promenade --- the sales generally started at 6pm and that is the dinner time of a lot of passengers so therefore those passengers missed out on the beginnings of sales and generally were in the dining room until 730pm or so, Those people who enjoy trying the exotic type of food--such as alligator, frog legs, things like this are out of luck on this ship (not sure about all RCI Ships) they don't have things like this, Pictures are a lot- at 22.99 per 8x10 and all the pictures that they take times all the passengers on the cruise that do purchase pictures think about how much they really pocket from this. There is a better way that this can be done. Boarding the ship the first day was fine but leaving after the cruise was crazy -- at first it was good they called numbers and it was orderly at one point a delay happened which made things longer but things happen they called numbers up to 25 then shortly after this they said all remaining numbers can leave at this time ( the remaining numbers were to 34) well it was like a mad dash to get off as well as try to stay with those you traveled with.
