The ship itself is beautiful! The service is terrible!
It took at least three hours to board. There were 80 year old people sitting on the floor. Some water at first but soon ran out. All announcements were blurry and VERY accented. Everyone was asking everyone else "What did she say" but there definitely no apologies for the delay.
At any time of the day or night there was a long queue at the guest service desk. This speaks for itself.
Cabin Review
The stateroom was very nice. Plenty of storage. Plenty of hangers. Appreciated the tea making facilities but would have liked some coffee and more sugar.
