This was our first cruise vacation and we had heard very good things about the Allure of The Seas. It offered the islands that I was interested in visiting during the time frame (The week of Thanksgiving, 2014) that worked for us for the vacation. The grandeur of the ship, the common areas and the amenities offered are very impressive. The entertainment shows, variety of the entertainment offered including family and adult comedy shows, activities for the children on board including zip lining, flow rider, rock wall climbing, hot tubs, different pool sections and areas was just amazing.
Our room service was just amazing and thanks to Earnest Romero for taking good care of the room and basic needs, children truly loved and appreciated the variety and shapes of towels he made each night!
We also liked the overall friendliness of the staff except for a few who seemed cold, especially when beverages were ordered. The fitness center and the machines/equipment were adequate and of good range.
