This is the worst cruise we ever had. Food choice is better at any fast food place or Chinese restaurant, the idea to have open just one pizza cafe on the 5th floor after 8pm for 3500 people is far beyond logical thinking. After 9pm it was the only place, except room service, to have a snack with a couple dozen of shaking tables where hundreds of people were trying to find a free chair to sit.

Hundreds of unsupervised kids running around the ship, all parts of the ship and all floors, loud yelling, pushing guests, jumping stairs, cursing, scaring guests... and all that from morning to late night and even after midnight. What are cameras for? What is the security for? We wanted to have fun and be secure on our vacation. Why do we have to deal with it after paying our, I would say not so cheap, price for the cruise? All that bothersome was not only once, it was going on all the time till the last night, we had to see and hear that zoo, bringing security attention to it couple of times, with no help.

Breakfast in the restaurant was taking too long just for the service timing, not ordering, service... if we ordered an omelette, it cost us half morning waiting for it, so we stopped doing orders and eat what was in the buffet. My husband had to ask for coffee couple times (once is not enough) a few mornings, water was not served for breakfast at all, only juices were served, even when we asked for it (it is either waiter forgot about it or it was not included in price of cruise). Not a single morning we received water in the restaurant. The idea to make the drill for the crew during breakfast was even greater, we just had to leave the ship without eating our food ordered because we could not get it within 45min after ordering, so we just had coffee and left. Breakfast in the Windjammer on 11th floor is simply wild, because of the crowd, hard time to find a table to sit, unsupervised kids sneaking/running/jumping on the way, ( what is that security for and why nobody cared about it even after making complaint to the front desk? ), also the personnel in windjammer would definitely help finding free space to sit for guests and offer water or coffee, we had it on previous cruises, but not this one.

Cabin Review

Junior Suite

The cabin location, the cabin style and noise insulation was great.
