A great itinerary with a good mix of sea days and ports. This was our third cruise on the Dawn and we like it more each time. We thought the menu and quality of food has really improved since our last NCL cruise last November. At that time we did a back to back cruise on the Jewel out of New Orleans. We still enjoyed that, but the menu and entertainment was repetitious. That was not the case on the 14 day cruise. We ate in the MDR every night except two dinners in Le Bistro, and we enjoyed all of the meals. This year we have cruised on 3 different cruise lines, and by far, NCL has the best entertainment. Nothing like a live house band, especially when they are so good. As far as ports, we really love San Juan and that was one reason we went on this cruise. We mostly just go to beaches, and all of the ports had a great beach, so we were happy.

This was our first time in and inside cabin and it was fine. I still prefer a balcony, but willing to have an inside if it means we can go on more cruises. It really had plenty of storage space and bathroom was fine. We did sleep more...no daylight to wake us up.
