We had so much fun on this cruise, this was my 2nd cruise with royal caribbean and my 4th total. Our room attendant was great, we would chat with her daily about various topics. The wait staff was very accomodating. Members of my group are from the caribbean and requested a specific menu the next evening that is what we had for dinner. Loved the Adults only zone, especially late at night hanging with friends. The ship is smaller, but we only had one day at sea so it was not bad at all. There was plenty to do when the boat was moving. It was easy to get the layout of this ship down.

One cool thing I had never done was attend a movie on board. Since we were at sea on Valentines day I went to see... you guessed it, "Valentine's Day", I participated in an Art auction and had the winning bid on a cool seriolithograph. The only bad thing was the stage show which was titled west end to broadway. There were two really talented singers who kept my attention but they need a better show for this ship. It was pretty bad. There was starbucks on board which I thought was very cool. Jewel of The Seas was a cute ship, after I get to experience other ships I would return. My favorite moment was when the band held a concert in the center of the ship. I found a sofa and just listened to the music while couples danced, it was cute. The ship is very chill, if your look to relax you can do that on this ship.

This room is close to the stairs which I preferred over the elevator unless I had to go to the top deck. The elevator was close as well, We had a lot of seniors on the ship and the elevators filled fast especially at meal times. The room was nice, the TV was dated and we had to call to have it serviced a few times. The bathroom was ok, but tiny. We had a sofa and coffee table which was nice when our friends came over to play cards. We placed our bags under our beds for more space. We had just enough closet space for all of our clothing and shoes. The ship was at a port most days so the time you spend in the room was for sleeping or napping, or changing clothes. I think the rooms could stand a little updating in terms of style and decor. You should bring a surge protector for charging of cell phones, tablets, cameras. There were not enough ports.
