Diamond Plus members get ready to be disappointed with the recent changes made while in dry dock. The amenities in the Concierge Lounge have been cut so no more made to order breakfast and lunch in the lounge. Also now the Viking Crown lounge has been converted to a suite lounge which is only accessible if you have a gold card so it's off limits to Diamond plus members.Diamond members will be pleased since the Diamond lounge has been moved from deck six overlooking Starbucks to aan oceanview off the dining room.

Remember how happy the staff was at Johnny Rockets where you have the option of dining for breakfast without a surcharge? Well forget those happy days.I have never experienced such an unhappy bunch. No smiles must less any singing.Come to think of it didn't see many smiling cew faces the whole week except our waiter and assistant waiter and cabin steward. They all did a great job.

The food was ok except the new york strip and manhatton steaks.Tuff is putting it mildly.Certainly glad I had a full set of teeth because I needed them plus a sharp knife.
