Our Iberian Escapade on The Dream was marred by Thomson pre- empting the ship's refurbishment. It started with noticing that the mezzanine in the theatre was closed.

From there on it got worse.

A small number of outside contractors blossomed into a multitude before the cruise finished. The noise levels increased not only on the outside decks but also inside the ship. The noise levels were enough to give anyone a migraine. Trivia quizzes could not be heard on deck11 and open deck room on deck 12 lessened. Not that you could relax up there with the noise coming from the sports deck area. This area I believe is being turned into a sun deck.
